Assistant Manager – Payables

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel finance team as an Assistant Manager – Payables and help deliver exceptional hospitality through efficient financial operations. You will work closely with multiple departments to control costs, manage receivables, and ensure smooth payment processes across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and ensure timely recovery or cancellation of non‑performing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, travel agents, airlines and other partners to support seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records, update credit applications promptly, and manage filing systems efficiently.
• Process sundry payments, ensure accurate credit entries, and support additional duties to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
