Assistant Manager - Marcom, Sales and Delivery Services

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead contract administration within our Marcom, Sales and Delivery Services team at Siemens Global Business Services. The role ensures end‑to‑end management of service contracts, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract scope, terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and set up contracts in SAP and related tools, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor contract performance, act as central coordination point between internal teams and customers, and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, audit trails and generate regular reports on contract status and KPIs.
• Facilitate stakeholder review meetings, communicate progress and manage escalations.
• Support invoicing, track revenue, billing accuracy and assist in budget monitoring.
• Oversee structured contract closure, capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar function.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
