Assistant Manager – Income Audit

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Income Audit to join the finance team at Raffles Udaipur. The role involves conducting comprehensive income audits, ensuring tax compliance, and delivering actionable insights to support financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough income audits and tax compliance reviews in line with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze financial records, transactions and documentation to detect discrepancies and non‑compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Reconcile income accounts and verify data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Assess internal controls and evaluate the effectiveness of existing audit procedures.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and operational teams to gather documentation and clarify findings.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes to income tax regulations, audit standards and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in income, tax or financial audit.
• Strong knowledge of income tax regulations and audit standards.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple audit engagements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or audit management tools.
• Financial analysis and data reconciliation.
• Interpretation of financial statements.
