Assistant Manager – Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to support the efficient operation of our housekeeping department at Hyatt Regency Pune. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will help uphold Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests, employees, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources across the property.
• Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping attendants and team leaders to maintain performance and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies, coordinating with procurement as needed.
• Participate in quality audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role such as Assistant Manager or Team Leader within housekeeping.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
