Assistant Manager – Finance Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with 5‑8 years of experience to join our Controlling team at Bosch Rexroth India’s manufacturing plant in Sanand. The role will support cost control, internal financial governance and accurate reporting while acting as a business finance partner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with business units to translate strategic goals into financial plans.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and update financial models to reflect changing business conditions.
• Monitor and analyse cost structures, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Support internal financial governance, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
• Partner with accounting, operations and business units to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in finance, controlling or related functions, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
