Assistant Manager – Digital Workplace Community Manager (French)

About the role

John Cockerill is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Digital Workplace Community in Mumbai. You will act as the bridge between technology and business users, driving adoption of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and AI‑enabled tools across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (articles, newsletters, videos, tips) about digital workplace tools.
• Manage and animate community forums, champion networks and collaboration spaces.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, webinars and onboarding programmes on Microsoft 365 and related solutions.
• Design user‑friendly learning materials, quick‑reference guides and training resources.
• Support change‑management initiatives and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote responsible use of AI‑powered workplace tools and digital adoption campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Passion for digital transformation and employee engagement.
• Experience in community management, training or internal communications.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and geographic regions.
