Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect) will support Bajaj Finance Ltd. in delivering loan products through multiple channels, including cashiers, call centres and emerging digital platforms. The role requires strong communication, relationship management and the ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate system enhancements, design, development, testing and rollout with COE, IT, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Drive loan volume delivery from service channels (cashier, call centre) and new channels such as digital and CIBIL watch.
• Provide daily system and process support to the sales team and prepare business MIS reports.
• Calculate and roll out monthly incentives, contests and offer allocations.
• Liaise with HR for R&R, promotions, IJP rollout and performance management.
• Track on‑roll and off‑roll headcount, productivity and manage vendor onboarding and payouts.
• Collaborate with Risk team for offer generation and policy updates.
• Conduct training sessions and business meetings (ZSM, RSM, contest trips).
• Monitor portfolio metrics, early delinquency collection and EWS tracking.
• Prepare inputs for SMT, LRS and AOP reporting decks.
