Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the overall management of all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service areas. This role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance while adhering to relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial plans for food and beverage departments.
• Supervise daily operations across culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service outlets.
• Lead and coach a diverse team, handling staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, responding promptly to guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage laws, health, safety, and brand service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor employee productivity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years of experience.
