Assistant Clinical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves providing bedside care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Operate and care for medical equipment.
• Deliver bedside care in accordance with hospital protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing with first‑division marks in 10th, 12th and nursing qualifications.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in clinical nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Initiative, moral support and a patient‑centred approach.
