Assistant Branch Manager – Tirupati

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to lead its Tirupati branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring service quality, and maintaining safety standards while expanding the business in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) awareness across the branch.
• Prepare and execute an annual operating plan to capture new market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and ensure profitable performance.
• Implement corporate credit policy within set timelines.
• Convert existing database into new business and drive expansion.
• Execute operational systems (operations, finance, inventory, speed apps) efficiently.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategic responses.
• Guarantee on‑time service delivery with precision.
• Identify service gaps, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Manage customer relationships to meet retention targets for both RBU and CBU.
• Control costs related to manpower, chemicals, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee general administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular branch meetings, build team capability, and retain sales & service staff.
