Assembler – Production Operator

About the role

Saab is expanding its defence and security production facility in Jhajjar, India. As an Assembler you will join a dynamic team that builds critical components for innovative defence solutions, contributing directly to the safety of people and societies.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components following work instructions and technical drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality, identifying any defects.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues or production problems to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Passionate about technology and manufacturing.
• Thorough, driven and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and quality standards.
