Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives to drive upselling initiatives across existing client accounts. You will be responsible for developing strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, set performance metrics, and conduct regular reviews and training.
• Develop and execute upselling strategies for new features, add‑ons, and product tiers using customer usage data and CRM insights.
• Oversee sales operations including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting to senior management.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep the organization ahead of the market.
• Build long‑term relationships with key accounts, collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues, and conduct business reviews to present new value propositions.
