Area Retail Associate – Multi-Store Support (Haryana)

About the role

The Area Retail Associate supports the Area Sales Manager in delivering operational excellence, brand consistency and sales performance across multiple Puma retail stores (SIS) in Haryana. Acting as a bridge between store teams and regional leadership, the role focuses on store execution, training and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple stores with day‑to‑day operational requirements and stock replenishment.
• Track store‑level KPIs, analyse performance data and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Support retail staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards are applied consistently and coordinate seasonal updates.
• Conduct on‑floor training, reinforce product knowledge and coach store associates.
• Audit store hygiene, operations and inventory accuracy, reporting gaps and corrective actions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably with multi‑store or supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to travel daily/weekly across assigned stores and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Retail, Marketing or related fields).
• Strong communication, analytical and coaching skills.
