Area Manager – Multi-Store Operations

About the role

The Area Manager will lead the performance of multiple Pizza 4P's outlets in Bangalore, ensuring the brand experience is delivered consistently across all locations. This senior operational leader will combine hands‑on store involvement with strategic oversight to drive quality, profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with service, food, ambience and safety standards.
• Identify operational gaps, create Kaizen action plans and hold Restaurant Managers accountable for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and achieve outlet KPIs, including revenue, labor (COL) and food cost targets.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building succession pipelines and maintaining a skilled partner bench.
• Oversee P&L performance, analyze sales data and implement strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Communicate corporate updates, policy changes and brand initiatives to all stores.
• Partner with Head Office on new store launches, expansions and special projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant or retail locations.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to dive into floor, kitchen and service areas.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching managers and building high‑performing teams.
• Analytical skills to monitor financial metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and a focus on standardisation and sustainability.
