Area HR Lead

About the role

Reliance Jio is seeking an experienced Area HR Lead to drive HR operations across a defined geography. The role focuses on ensuring HR compliance, delivering a seamless employee experience, and supporting talent initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain basic HR hygiene and support the IR team on compliance matters.
• Oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Monitor HR KPIs, drive performance management, and manage reward programs.
• Design and execute employee retention and engagement plans within budget.
• Identify high‑performing talent and facilitate career progression opportunities.
• Build talent pools for critical roles through market mapping and internal talent identification.
• Visit Jio centres and points to understand operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Lead area recruitment with defined source mix, turnaround time, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 7 to 12 years of relevant HR experience.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations and stakeholder relationships.
