Architect

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to develop clear, detailed diagrams and oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with effective communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive plans and drawings that accurately represent the architectural design of each project.
• Apply engineering, mathematics, science, and material expertise to produce optimal finished products.
• Conduct regular site evaluations to verify quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee construction phases, providing recommendations and guidance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define goals, schedules, and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and architectural design.
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
