Architect & Interior Designer Relationship Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow relationships with architects and interior designers across Raipur. The role focuses on promoting a broad portfolio of home décor products, ranging from luxury lighting to sanitaryware, and serves as the primary point of contact for design professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing architects and interior designers (AIDs) and service their product requirements.
• Onboard new AIDs, creating and updating a database of active architects in the defined geography.
• Maintain and update the Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in the territory and categories through AIDs.
• Generate leads by showcasing offerings via catalogs and brochures, informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, and scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end‑customer homes, act as the point of contact for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home‑decor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain a weekly tracker covering visits, catalogs distributed, product briefings, and site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably within home‑decor or related sectors.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct on‑site visits.
• Organizational skills to maintain customer master lists and sales trackers.
