About the role
We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design of a new development project in Goa. The successful candidate will translate our vision into a fully modeled plan, integrating thoughtful landscaping and sound town‑planning principles from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Develop complete architectural designs from concept through execution.
- Incorporate landscape design that harmonises with built forms.
- Ensure compliance with local town‑planning norms, by‑laws, and regulations.
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, and buildability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce detailed plans, sections, and elevations that meet project requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of landscape integration with architecture.
- Solid knowledge of local town‑planning regulations and compliance processes.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and technically feasible.
- Portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or township projects.
