Architect – Design (Revit BIM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead design development using Revit and BIM tools. The role involves producing detailed models and drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design quality, sustainability and health‑and‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models and detailed drawing sheets using Revit.
• Provide technical input on materials, details and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to optimise design.
• Ensure design integration across all disciplines through proactive coordination.
• Support the creation of a library of standard details and efficient production processes.
• Offer design management, review and consultancy to realise project intent.
• Manage integration of design elements into the technical design package.
• Assist in drafting design guidelines, briefs and scopes of work.
• Prepare and manage design submissions and change processes through all design stages.
• Collaborate within a multi‑discipline development team to align design efforts with programme, cost and quality targets.
• Promote environmental and sustainability best practices.
• Drive health and safety excellence in the design process.
• Conduct required quality checks and approvals.
• Support the Design Director and Project Director in programme delivery.
• Identify and recommend value‑engineering options to reduce cost and time.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience on major architectural projects, preferably in the GCC region.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, delegation and coordination abilities.
• Effective conflict‑resolution and team‑player skills.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
