Architect – Design & Project Team

About the role

TG Group is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Architect to join its design and project team. The role involves developing architectural concepts, preparing design and construction drawings, and ensuring projects meet design intent, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts and detailed design drawings.
• Prepare presentation, construction documentation and tender drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade and other consultants.
• Review drawings for compliance with local building regulations and codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and design compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and project management teams.
• Review material samples, mock‑ups and shop drawings.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
• 2–8 years of experience in residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building materials and building codes.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
