Architect (Deputy Manager)

About the role

The Architect (Deputy Manager) will lead the architectural design process from concept through completion, ensuring projects meet specifications, regulatory standards, and company quality benchmarks. This position works closely with multidisciplinary teams and supports the delivery of innovative, sustainable built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design for multiple projects, coordinating with architects, structural, MEP, and landscape engineers.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and site teams to align design intent with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Develop design concepts, detailed drawings, models, and specifications, integrating sustainable design principles.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and RERA requirements; prepare permit documentation.
• Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks, addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying innovative solutions where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong project management capabilities.
