Apprenticeship in Digital CoE for ERP

About the role

Join Airbus India’s Digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) as an apprentice focused on ERP solutions. This 12‑month program offers hands‑on experience developing and supporting SAP and non‑SAP applications while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Digital ERP applications (SAP & Non‑SAP).
• Gather client requirements and configure SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, and Sales.
• Provide technical assistance in ABAP/Basis, including backend coding, system troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code for scripts, automation tools, and data‑processing tasks.
• Update system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in engineering with no prior full‑time work experience.
• Commitment to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read).

Required skills

• Basic understanding of supply‑chain management and ERP concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (Finance, Materials Management, Sales) and ABAP/Basis.
• Programming skills in Java and Python; knowledge of data structures, OOP and file handling.
• Version control using GIT.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Understanding of APIs and web services.
