Applications Engineer – API Pumps (Remote, Delhi/NCR)

About the role

The Applications Engineer – API Pumps will support global teams and the Ghaziabad manufacturing facility by verifying customer requirements and preparing technically and commercially accurate tenders for API centrifugal pumps. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in Delhi/NCR.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tender documents and prepare comprehensive techno‑commercial proposals (Inquiry to Order process).
• Analyze detailed specifications for packaged equipment, translate customer requirements to sub‑vendors and evaluate sub‑supplier quotes for critical components.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Design and Global Tendering teams to provide technical clarifications and support order placement.
• Maintain accurate CPQ tender data and manage the tendering front log.
• Assist regional sales teams with win‑order strategies and support customer visits during bid clarifications and negotiations.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Applications Engineer for API pumps, preferably multistage centrifugal pumps, within product or EPC MNCs.
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, or Industrial markets.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of API multistage centrifugal pumps and associated systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
