Analyst / Senior Analyst / Team Lead – Managed Services (P2P/O2C)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, detail‑oriented professionals to join our Managed Services team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end accounting operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance support, and month‑end closing activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Record day‑to‑day accounting transactions accurately and timely, including vendor and customer invoice processing.
• Post journal entries, maintain accounting records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile customer receipts, record collections, and follow up on outstanding balances (Accounts Receivable – O2C).
• Process vendor payments, maintain supporting documentation, and support vendor account reconciliations (Accounts Payable – P2P).
• Assist with GST accounting, TDS deduction, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support month‑end closing, prepare schedules, reconciliations, and analyze expenses for capitalization or expensing.
• Prepare audit schedules, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and maintain proper filing of vouchers and financial records.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain missing information, respond to queries, and ensure smooth process execution.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 0‑8 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) or Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
