About the role

Altisource is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Bengaluru team. You will ensure the highest standards of quality for US mortgage‑related voice and non‑voice processes, focusing on eviction, sale, and closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews for voice and non‑voice processes related to US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activities.
• Analyze findings and develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Make data‑driven recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors.
• Track and follow up on business unit responses to identified findings.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement project plans addressing identified gaps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and work toward resolution.
• Provide timely and accurate reports documenting observations from reviews.
• Assist in implementing changes to the Quality Assurance evaluation process.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the US mortgage sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in the US mortgage industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of US mortgage processes, including eviction, sale, and closing procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce data‑driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting audits.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
