AML Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an AML Trainer who is passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences. In this role you will shape the success of new hires and support ongoing development across the organization, ensuring compliance and performance in AML operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑hire onboarding and training programs with clarity and energy.
• Guide employees through the transition from training to client‑facing production work.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance insights to foster growth.
• Analyze training outcomes and share actionable insights with the Training Manager.
• Design, update, and customize training materials for evolving business needs.
• Create assessments and continuing‑education content to maintain compliance.
• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching and develop e‑learning modules for company‑wide use.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance onboarding and training processes.
• Support Ready For Allocation (RFA) team members during project transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in corporate training, preferably within compliance or financial services.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, 1+ years experience in AML transaction monitoring, AML quality control, and CAMS certification or equivalent.
