AML Technical Trainer – New Hire & Ongoing Training

About the role

We are looking for an AML Technical Trainer who is passionate about empowering new hires and existing staff through engaging learning experiences. In this role you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that ensure compliance and operational excellence across our anti‑money‑laundering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑hire onboarding and AML training sessions, both in‑person and virtual.
• Guide employees as they transition from training to client‑facing production work.
• Provide constructive feedback, performance insights, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Analyze training outcomes and share actionable insights with the Training Manager.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials to reflect evolving business needs.
• Create assessments, continuing‑education content, and e‑learning modules for company‑wide distribution.
• Support Ready For Allocation (RFA) team members during project transitions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance onboarding and training processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of AML experience.
• Experience delivering training in classroom and virtual settings.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, 4+ years AML experience, CAMS or related certification.
