All‑Staff Team Member – Hospitality Resort

About the role

Heritageresorthampi is looking for enthusiastic all‑staff team members to support daily operations at its resort near Hampi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves rotating across guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and basic maintenance to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information about resort facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Assist with meal service, set‑up dining spaces, and support event arrangements as needed.
• Perform basic front‑desk duties such as check‑in/check‑out support and handling guest requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly and uphold service quality.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational procedures consistently.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Willingness to follow instructions, adhere to safety standards, and perform routine tasks accurately.
• Team‑player attitude capable of supporting various departments.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift light items, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
