About the role
The Lifeguard will ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for guests at Hyatt Place Hampi. You will deliver consistent, high‑quality service while overseeing pool operations and maintaining equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of pool facilities and related equipment.
- Provide prompt assistance and first‑aid response when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, equipment checks, and water quality.
- Support guest inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Holder of an international lifeguard certification (gold) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a fitness instructor, consultant, or lifeguard.
- Strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.
Required skills
- Valid lifeguard certification.
- Knowledge of pool safety protocols and emergency procedures.
