About the role

We are seeking a skilled Indian Cook to join our culinary team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques, particularly in preparing various Indian curries and dishes. As an Indian Cook, you will play a vital role in creating authentic flavors and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, focusing on curries and regional specialties.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute to the overall culinary experience of our guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Indian cooking techniques and knowledge of various spices and ingredients used in Indian cuisine.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a commis or similar role.
