All‑Round Fabrication & Installation Technician

About the role

LOTUS WiiNDOORS is expanding its team and seeks skilled all‑rounders to handle fabrication and installation of uPVC and aluminum window and door systems across the Greater Delhi Area. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and involves working on a variety of projects, especially in educational and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble uPVC and aluminum profiles for windows and doors.
• Install fabricated units on‑site, ensuring correct fitting, alignment, sealing and final adjustments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, project specifications and measurement plans.
• Coordinate with project leads, supervisors and site managers to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement of fabrication and installation processes.

Required profile

• Practical experience in window and door fabrication and on‑site installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications.
• Physical capability to handle materials, work at heights and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
