Kitchen and Bathroom Technician

About the role

The Kitchen and Bathroom Technician will be responsible for the technical installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and service of high‑end sanitaryware, bath fittings and advanced bathroom systems. The role requires strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and project requirements, ensuring flawless installations at premium residential, hospitality and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, commission and service sanitaryware and bath fittings.
• Handle high‑end multi‑function shower systems, including concealed units, thermostatic mixers, diverters and hand/overhead showers.
• Install, troubleshoot and commission automatic flush systems, sensor‑based products and smart sanitaryware.
• Perform plumbing and electrical connections required for bathroom products.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, installation manuals and plumbing layouts.
• Conduct pre‑installation site inspections, identify risks and ensure compatibility.
• Test water pressure, drainage, electrical connections and product functionality before handover.
• Attend service calls, resolve installation and operational complaints within defined timelines.
• Maintain documentation of installations, service visits, pending issues and resolutions.
• Train plumbers and site teams on correct installation and handling of specialised products.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sanitaryware and bath fittings installation/service.
• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems and bathroom installations.
• Working knowledge of electrical connections related to sanitaryware and smart bathroom products.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑end multi‑function showers, concealed systems and thermostatic fittings.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and installation issues.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, product manuals and installation specifications.
• Experience working on premium residential, hospitality or commercial projects.
