Airframe Business Analyst – Electrical 3D-ART

About the role

The Airframe Business Analyst – Electrical 3D-ART will support the Structures – Aerostructures Data Management Team in the Airframe Department. You will focus on analysing, improving and implementing electrical 3‑D design processes and tools for airframe components, ensuring efficient integration across Airbus programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current electrical 3‑D design methods, tools and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT and stakeholder teams to gather requirements for new or enhanced 3‑D‑ART solutions.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases and documentation for electrical 3‑D design tools.
• Support implementation, testing and deployment of new process methods and tools.
• Provide training and user support to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging PLM technologies related to electrical 3‑D design.
• Contribute to standardisation of electrical 3‑D design processes across Airbus programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 5‑10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or similar roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process methods and tools used in electrical design and airframe integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
