About the role

Join Bosch Group’s technology powerhouse in Bangalore as an AI/ML Developer. You will create cutting‑edge intelligent solutions that leverage Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and large language models (LLMs) to solve real‑world business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RAG pipelines for advanced AI applications.
• Fine‑tune and optimise domain‑specific ML/LLM models.
• Build AI solutions for prediction, automation, and classification use cases.
• Work with data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature‑engineering to ensure high‑quality inputs.
• Deploy and scale AI models on cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate AI models into scalable software tools and production workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech) or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering production‑ready solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in fine‑tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs).
• Data pipeline construction, preprocessing, and feature‑engineering.
