AI Integration Engineer

Integration meets Innovation. At Celigo, a leading iPaaS provider, we simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. We are looking for a Senior AI Integration Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable integration solutions and AI chatbots across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Champion Celigo’s product through transformational integrations that enable scalable business growth.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable data pipelines using modern cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with business process experts to develop solutions for complex systems and data platforms.
• Ensure integrations follow engineering best practices for data quality, accuracy, operability, and security.
• Develop AI chatbots for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business teams.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and act as the final escalation point for integrations.
• Produce clear technical documentation and support processes for smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing AI agents or bots that interact with tools and systems to generate business insights.
• At least 5 years designing and building integration solutions, preferably in Sales or Customer Success domains.
• Strong ability to learn business processes quickly and communicate technical designs.
• Experience supporting business teams and understanding Quote‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Lead‑to‑Opportunity, and Hire‑to‑Retire processes.

Required skills

• AI agent/bot development and prompt engineering.
• LLM integration (OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) with APIs, vector databases, and enterprise platforms.
• REST and SOAP API integration, JSON and XML schema design.
• JavaScript for data processing.
• OAuth 2.0, SAML2, JWT authentication.
• Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, Gainsight.
• SQL, Snowflake stored procedures, AWS S3, Redshift.
• Agent SDKs, Python (optional).
