Admin Manager – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Admin Manager to lead the administrative and facility operations of our growing manufacturing business in Pune. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day office functions, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all office administration, develop policies, and maintain asset and document control.
• Oversee maintenance, security, and safety compliance of office and production facilities.
• Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
• Maintain statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance, supporting internal and external audits.
• Lead the admin support team, coordinate HR and finance logistics, and manage travel and visitor arrangements.
• Monitor industrial and labour safety, enforce SOPs, conduct fire drills, and liaise with statutory bodies.
• Supervise CCTV monitoring, data confidentiality, and access control for sensitive areas.
• Provide administrative support for drone testing sites and coordinate cross‑functional logistics for product trials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Proven experience managing administrative functions in a high‑tech or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations such as the Factories Act and OSHA standards.
• Excellent vendor management, compliance, and documentation skills.
