Accountant – Hybrid role in Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our Jaipur team on a hybrid basis. You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, invoicing and compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, handle accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor payments and support cash-flow management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, income tax and other Indian financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders as required.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Professional certification such as CA Inter, CMA or equivalent is a plus.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably with instrumentation or engineering companies.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ethical handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Bookkeeping and general ledger management.

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
