Accountant – Finance & Tax Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Bengaluru office, handling core accounting functions and tax compliance for a dynamic organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage journal and ledger postings using Tally.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PT, ESI, EPF, and Income Tax returns.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including foreign MNC incorporation.
- Handle international taxation matters related to FEMA & FDI.
- Lead a small team when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting entries and financial statements.
- Familiarity with direct and indirect taxes and statutory compliance.
- Experience with international taxation is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Competent use of MS Word.
