Accountant & Bookkeeper – Full‑Cycle Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our finance team and manage day‑to‑day financial operations. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, support budgeting, and provide insights that help drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities, including AP/AR, bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Post and review general ledger entries, maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead the transition to NetSuite, handling data migration and chart‑of‑accounts design.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support tax filings.
• Track cash flow, burn rate and key performance indicators for management reporting.
• Collaborate with the CFO, founders and cross‑border accounting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
