Account Support Executive – Renewal Sales Operations

About the role

The Account Support Executive will work within the Sales Operations team to ensure smooth renewal sales processes for Springer Nature’s journal and e‑book licences in the New Delhi region. Reporting to the Account Support Manager, the role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, legal and customers, handling contract preparation, invoicing and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyse renewal sales progress, providing insights for decision‑making.
• Calculate journal licences and e‑book quotes, preparing renewal plans on time.
• Create quotes and contracts in the CRM/ERP system to trigger invoicing.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation for customers.
• Provide first‑level support on licence agreement changes and amendments.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding contract execution, fulfillment and invoicing.
