Account Manager – SB (Telecom)

About the role

The Account Manager – SB will be responsible for driving sales and service delivery across data, voice, broadband and fixed‑line solutions within an assigned territory. Acting as the single point of contact for customers, you will manage relationships, grow market share and ensure successful implementation of our telecom offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for data (Internet bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), voice (postpaid) and fixed‑line services.
• Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) across all product lines.
• Cross‑sell multiple services to existing and new customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor plans and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate timely delivery and installation of solutions to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Background in ISP, system integrators, telcos, wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.
• Strong persuasive communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with empathy and presentability.
