About the role

The Maark Trendz, a leading lifestyle and home solutions brand in Tamil Nadu, is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its Coimbatore team. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving satisfaction and retention across its omni‑channel retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely solutions.
• Track and report on account performance metrics.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with the brand’s lifestyle vision.
• Collaborate with sales, store operations, and customer service teams to support revenue growth.
• Prepare regular reports and monitor key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle escalations and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Organizational and analytical mindset with experience in basic reporting.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for data tracking.
• Experience using CRM tools for account management.
