Account Manager – Client Relations & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Coimbatore team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will nurture existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and help expand our market presence in the manufacturing and flexible packaging sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue potential clients to increase the company’s customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and terms that meet both client needs and business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, production and marketing—to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management or customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and decision‑making capabilities.
• Background in sales, business development or marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and account database management.
• Willingness to work on‑site as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus.
• Proactive, independent and able to meet deadlines.
