Account Manager – Business Growth (Data, Voice, Fixed Line)

About the role

Airtel is looking for an Account Manager to drive business acquisition and growth across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid) and Fixed Line services. You will be the single point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Achieve revenue targets for Data, Voice and Fixed Line services.
• Prospect new accounts (hunting) and cross‑sell multiple product lines to existing customers.
• Develop and maintain healthy sales funnels for all three lines of business.
• Monitor competition, gather market intelligence and adjust strategies.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Resolve customer issues directly or through support teams.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably B.Tech/B.E.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and services.
• Ability to interact with senior (CXO) level customers.
• Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
