ACCA Trainer – Skill Level (Full‑time, Lucknow)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ACCA Trainer to deliver skill‑level classroom sessions at our Lucknow campus. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, case studies and problem‑solving exercises, and supporting learners through exam preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and create or update learning materials for ACCA skill‑level papers.
• Deliver classroom sessions using a mix of lectures, case studies, and problem‑solving exercises.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions and monitor learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock exams.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and exam preparation activities.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methodology and ensure alignment with ACCA standards.
• Provide academic guidance, exam preparation strategies, and share industry insights to support student placements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ACCA skill‑level subjects and related accounting, finance, and reporting concepts.
• Experience in classroom teaching or corporate training, with proven lesson‑planning and learner‑engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to address diverse learner needs.
• Comfortable using digital tools for teaching, including presentations and learning management systems.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA (part/fully qualified), CA, CMA, or a relevant postgraduate degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
• Strong academic record, conceptual clarity, and a passion for mentoring learners.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lucknow, manage batches and schedules, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
