Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

Action DnA, a well‑established soft‑skills and personality development training organization, is seeking a confident and passionate Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer. The position blends student counselling, enquiry handling, coordination of admissions and batches, and the development and delivery of professional training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries, provide counselling, and conduct follow‑ups.
• Coordinate admissions, batch formation, and training schedules.
• Support college and corporate training programmes.
• Assist senior trainers and gradually lead training sessions.
• Participate in in‑house Soft Skills and Train‑the‑Trainer development.
• Support learner engagement and training activities.

Required profile

• Any graduate / engineer / MBA; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent English and Tamil communication.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and counselling abilities.
• Confident personality with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in training, teaching, counselling or sales is an advantage.
