About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Faculty & Student Counsellor to join Sigma University in Vadodara. The role combines classroom teaching of Finance, Management or IT subjects with comprehensive academic and career counselling for students.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, conduct assessments and manage examinations for Finance, Management or IT courses.
- Provide academic and career counselling to support student development.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records and ensure timely reporting.
- Design and update curriculum aligned with industry standards.
- Support admissions through counselling, follow‑ups and query handling.
- Resolve student concerns and coordinate with academic and student support teams for smooth operations.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
