Zonal Account Manager – MedTech Sales

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Zonal Account Manager to drive MedTech sales within the Raipur region. This position supports the Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy, working closely with physicians and hospital partners to promote innovative medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth initiatives for clinical sales based on consumer analytics and market trends.
• Manage customer accounts, advise physicians on product attributes, and support product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch innovative programs and improve competitive positioning.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and communicate data‑driven strategies to senior leadership.
• Uphold Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales plans.

Required skills
