Xceptor Developer L2

About the role

The Xceptor Developer L2 is a hands‑on implementer responsible for configuring the Xceptor platform to meet client requirements. You will work independently across the full build lifecycle, from reading specifications to delivering a tested and documented solution, in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the Xceptor platform for complex, multi‑source data flows and reconciliation scenarios.
• Lead or co‑lead scoping and requirements sessions with client business and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into Xceptor solution designs without a pre‑written spec.
• Write user stories and functional specifications to a sign‑off standard.
• Perform solution design and code reviews for junior team members.
• Identify scope risks early and propose resolutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a workstream when required.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Relational database design and normalization.
• Complex data transformation and reconciliation.
• XML/JSON schema design and validation.
• Proficient in C#.NET (read, review, modify).
• Familiarity with Java or Python.
• API design and integration patterns.
• Experience with Xceptor platform (preferred but not mandatory).
