Senior .NET Core Engineer – Offshore (Tue‑Sat)

About the role

The ideal candidate will support Customer ID & Profile Core systems, handling monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and application enhancements while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rapid intake, triage, and prioritization of alerts, tickets, and incidents, acting as Incident Owner during high‑severity events.
• Execute root‑cause isolation across application, middleware, APIs, data, and infrastructure layers using observability platforms.
• Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for .NET Core applications.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Database, Network, Security, QA, and vendor partners to resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain runbooks, service maps, and dependency diagrams to speed diagnosis.
• Contribute to automation, alert tuning, self‑healing routines, and improve observability gaps.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Python frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AWS services, especially Lambda, DynamoDB, Glue, and Apache Spark.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, Web API, and message‑broker integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with observability tools for logging, metrics, and tracing.
